EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each RIGU piece. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. However, in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange the product:
Manufacturing fault : Whilst we maintain the strictest quality control at RIGU, if there is a product defect for which we are responsible then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one within two weeks time. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. After running a quality check of the returned items and on approval of any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible we will re-make the item you purchased.
Incorrect size : We can alter or exchange items if the garment received is of an incorrect size and dosen’t fit you as per your requirement. If you need an exchange for a different size (or alterations) because of sizing issues, send us an email at email@example.com. Someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the RIGU pieces. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request.
