GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 10,000 in India.
Orders placed in India are catered to by safe and reliable courier companies like Aramex, FedEX, DHL.
 
PAYMENT TERMS
We offer safe and secure credit, debit and internet banking options for Visa and MasterCard holders. In addition, we offer COD (Cash on Delivery) across India.
 
CASH ON DELIVERY
We offer cash on delivery, which requires you to pay Rs 100, should you choose to use this payment method. However kindly note that COD is only a payment option; customers are required to make the full payment for their order before they open the package. The product once ordered and confirmed for is final; COD products cannot be tried or returned at the point of delivery. Kindly note that the COD option is not valid for a try and buy facility. It is merely an option for payment.
 
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING
We will send an email confirming your order and may contact you to confirm this before shipping the products. We would also be happy to track your shipment and will provide you with any assistance you may require post ordering. We will do our very best to update you on the status of the shipment via the email address you would have provided us with.
 
TAXES
All prices are excluding tax. 12% GST is calculated on checkout.
 
DELIVERY TIME
We try our best to ship our pieces to you within 15 DAYS. The shipping time for customized orders and out of stock products would however be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well. These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS     
We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each RIGU piece. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. However, in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange the product:
 
Manufacturing fault : Whilst we maintain the strictest quality control at RIGU, if there is a product defect for which we are responsible then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one within two weeks time. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. After running a quality check of the returned items and on approval of any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible we will re-make the item you purchased.
 
Incorrect size : We can alter or exchange items if the garment received is of an incorrect size and dosen’t fit you as per your requirement. If you need an exchange for a different size (or alterations) because of sizing issues, send us an email at info@studiorigu.com. Someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the RIGU pieces. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request.

Please note that not all products are eligible for exchange. All made to order products are non returnable and non exchangeable. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final " Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
  
HOW TO FACILITATE ALTERNATIONS?
You must inform us within 7 days of delivery of the product. Please send us an email to info@studiorigu.com with order no and attach an image of the piece purchased. Once you have mailed us, please ship out the pieces to the following address:

The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected pair, RIGU will take care of the shipping.
Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product.
 
RIGU cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. It is advisable that you send any item for return to us by registered and signed-for courier. Please keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm receipt of it.
 
RIGU reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold.
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We don’t do free international shipping. The cost of the courier needs to be bourne by the customer.
We try our best to ship our RIGU pieces to you within 20 DAYS.
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
